It holds one of three positions
A county page carries three Featured positions and they are filled in the order they are reserved. The deposit takes one and holds it until the page goes live. When the three are gone in a county, the next firm joins a waitlist — the cap does not move.

It fixes the founding rate
These are introductory prices. Reserving now holds your rate against later increases for as long as you keep the position — if the county rate rises after launch, yours does not.

The risk sits with us, not you
You are paying before there is traffic to show you, so the refund has no conditions and no window to miss. If your county has not launched by January 1, ask and the deposit comes back in full. Nothing is charged monthly until the page is live.

- Every county page is built whether or not it is reserved. A deposit buys placement, not the page.
- Outside date
- January 1. If your county has not launched by then, request a refund and we return the deposit in full.

- Three. The cap is structural and is not raised for any listing level.
- Term after launch
- Month to month. The deposit is not a commitment to a term and does not auto-renew into one. Once a waiting list forms for a county, Featured turns cap at three months per firm, with no consecutive turns while others wait.
- Payments
- Processed by Stripe. A receipt is issued to your firm at the time of payment.

- A paid directory listing with clearly labelled placement — not a referral fee, an endorsement, or ranking-for-pay.

Enhanced and Featured extend a Basic profile. They never hide what Basic already shows, so a free listing is never made worse to sell an upgrade.

Questions attorneys ask.
Who is eligible for a Featured position?
Firms holding a Google rating of 4.0 stars or higher at the time of reservation. The rating is checked once, when you reserve — payment cannot substitute for it.
How long can a firm hold a Featured position?
Month to month, for as long as you like — until other firms are waiting. Once a waiting list forms for a county, Featured turns are capped at three months per firm and back-to-back turns are not allowed: at the end of your three months the position passes to the next firm on the list and you rejoin the queue. A firm cannot sit Featured for six months straight while others wait. If the waiting list is empty, you simply continue month to month.
Does paying change my verification status or my ranking?
No. Verification is a factual check of bar licence, jurisdiction, recent practice and reachability, recorded with the date it was performed. Featured is a labelled advertising position on a county page. The two are decided separately, and organic result order is not sold.
Am I the only firm in my county?
No, and we will not tell an attorney otherwise. Featured is county-level visibility, not county-level exclusivity. You are one of three featured advertisers on that page; every eligible firm in the county still appears in the listing below the featured block.
Which counties can I buy?
Only counties where the page is already built and foreclosure volume is meaningful enough that the page will see traffic. We do not sell counties we have not published. If yours is not open yet, we note the interest and contact you when it is.
What happens if you never launch my county?
You get your deposit back in full. If your county has not launched by January 1, request a refund and we return it — no window to miss, no conditions.
Is there a contract or a minimum term?
Featured is month to month once your county launches. The deposit reserves a founding position and the founding rate; it is not a commitment to a term.
Do I have to pay to be in the directory at all?
No. A Basic profile is free, permanent, and complete on its own — name, location, governing procedure, practice focus and courts of appearance. Claim it and never pay us anything if that is all you need.
